"Trees," "Stone," and "Pathway."

1."Trees." The trees bent toward the center of the frame then extended towards the sky, this made for a serene HDR. ISO 200 at F-13.
2. "Stone." The details appeared in the shadows after the image was converted to HDR. ISO 200, F-16.
3. "Pathway." The isolated pathway was well defined and detailed in HDR. ISO 200, F-9.

"Kids," "Engagement," and "Bride."

"Kids." 1/50, F 5.6, ISO 800. Portraits of a friends wonderful kids that I photographed at their home.

"Engagement." 1/40, F5.6,ISO 800. My clients chose a remote location in the woods to take engagement photos. They turned out fantastic. I also recently photographed their wedding as well. Great couple, many well wishes for them!

"Bride." 1/50, F 10, ISO 800. An image of a wedding that I also recently shot. The Bride and her bridesmaids looked spectacular.

"Heinz Field," "The Point," and "Arched Bridge."

"Heinz Field." Panorama view of the Steelers home field in Pittsburgh. 1/1600, F 5.6, ISO 400.

"The Point." An alternative view of Point State Park in Pittsburgh. 1/2000, F 5.6, ISO 400.

"Arched Bridge." Symmetrical panoramic view of a bridge in Pittsburgh. 1/160, F 7.1, ISO 400.

"Yummy Wall," "Blue Skies in the Burgh," and "Signs of Fall."

"Yummy Wall." Just a random highly decorated wall in the Strip District of Pittsburgh. In 3-D however, it seems to come alive.

"Signs of Fall." Adding to the festive notion of fall and Halloween, pumpkins are always synonymous with both times of the year.

"Blue Skies in the Burgh." This image shows Pittsburgh in 2 different ways. The first being that it usually is not sunny in Pittsburgh, and the second is from a 3 dimensional perspective. I believe this photo shows that Pittsburgh can be a beautiful place, even if for just a short time.

"Wrought Iron," "Mixed and Muted Colors," and "Circles."

"Wrought Iron." Just an ordinary bed post taken off the frame, nothing fancy but from a certain angle it produces a swirling effect. ISO 400, F-13, at .4 seconds.

"Mixed and Muted Colors." An out of focus abstract piece of colorful glass. ISO 200, F-8, at 1.3 seconds.

"Circles." As a soon-to-be-father and dedicated photographer, I noticed the new baby bottle dishwasher rack in the kitchen. It was only natural to use the abstract shapes and incorporate them into photos. ISO 200, F-8, at .8 seconds.

"Spilling Soft Drink," "Speeder," and "Spinning Bike Tire."

"Spilling Soft Drink" ISO400, f-3.5, at 1/4000 of a second. I dumped a little Coca Cola in front of my macro lens (which I must admit scared me a bit because who wants to clean that off a lens?) but I captured the droplets rather well and it made for a pretty cool shot against the textured cement.

"Speeder"ISO100, f-5.6, 30 second exposure. The eye follows this cars tailights through the entire frame, which I felt had an alluring effect.
"Spinning Bike Tire." ISO 1600, f-3.5, at 1/20 of a second. I shot possibly a dozen photos of this and I feel this turned out the best. The others were too slow with the shutter and you couldn't determine that the mag wheels of the bike were spinning so 1/20th worked well for this image.

"Blackened Voodoo," "Tombstone Edge," and "Food Coloring."

"Blackened Voodoo." ISO 800, f-2.8, 1/5 shutter. This is a Bokeh photo of my favorite beer. I love how it turned out with the background dark and the delicious brew isolated by everything else.

"Tombstone Edge." ISO400, f-2.8, 1/40 shutter. This black and white image details the cracks in the headstone rather well, I thought, and exudes a mysteriously gloomy feel.

"Food Coloring." ISO 200, f-3.2, 1/40 shutter. This image turned out well with the 2 spheres of light in the background and the foreground food coloring containers are sharp and colorful.

"Colored Fabrics," "Lure the Eye," and "Used Pastels."

"Colored Fabrics" was shot at ISO 200 at 1/50 with an aperture of f14 to detail each piece. The white balance I used was Shade because it was shot indoors with overcast lighting from outside to light the subject. I thought this was a nifty shot because so many colors are represented in it.

"Lure the Eye" was shot at f-11 at 1/40 of a second with an ISO of 400 and a Shade white balance. This image was fun to shoot because it allowed me to see the different variety of lures in my box, and turned out to be a pretty colorful photo. I also got a chance to reorganize it a bit!

"Used Pastels" was photographed at 1/80 of a second at f-3.5 with an ISO of 400 and a shade white balance as well. The pastels showed various colors and turned out to be a well balanced and compositional image.

"Martini Glass" "Pearl Ring" and "Cloud"

"Martini Glass" Shot at ISO 400 at f 2.8 and 1/4 of a second. This shot was taken lit by candlelight. The swirl of the glass added a pretty cool illusion and they way the light bounced off the glass gave it an interesting effect.

"Pearl Ring" ISO 200 at f 2.8 at .6 of a second. This was also candlelight lit and added a dramatic romantic feel in my opinion.
"Cloud" 1/3200 of a second, f 2.8 at ISO 400. The way the sun's rays illuminated through the clouds made for a spectacular sight.

"Metric Wrenches" and "Raspberries"

Tools always represent work, yet they can also be looked at from an artistic point of view. This photo was shot at ISO 400 at 1/60 of a second with an aperture of f 10.
Who doesn't love the wondrous flavors of fresh berries? These delicious little guys unexpectedly popped up in a corner of my back yard late in the summer. It was a surprising but tasty treat. ISO 400 f 10 at 1/100 of a second.

"Hearty Leaf"

This is a heart shaped leaf on a vine that I found entertaining and interesting. This image was shot at 1/125 at f 5.6 with an ISO of 400 with a Canon Macro lens.
