"Yummy Wall," "Blue Skies in the Burgh," and "Signs of Fall."

"Yummy Wall." Just a random highly decorated wall in the Strip District of Pittsburgh. In 3-D however, it seems to come alive.

"Signs of Fall." Adding to the festive notion of fall and Halloween, pumpkins are always synonymous with both times of the year.

"Blue Skies in the Burgh." This image shows Pittsburgh in 2 different ways. The first being that it usually is not sunny in Pittsburgh, and the second is from a 3 dimensional perspective. I believe this photo shows that Pittsburgh can be a beautiful place, even if for just a short time.

"Wrought Iron," "Mixed and Muted Colors," and "Circles."

"Wrought Iron." Just an ordinary bed post taken off the frame, nothing fancy but from a certain angle it produces a swirling effect. ISO 400, F-13, at .4 seconds.

"Mixed and Muted Colors." An out of focus abstract piece of colorful glass. ISO 200, F-8, at 1.3 seconds.

"Circles." As a soon-to-be-father and dedicated photographer, I noticed the new baby bottle dishwasher rack in the kitchen. It was only natural to use the abstract shapes and incorporate them into photos. ISO 200, F-8, at .8 seconds.

"Spilling Soft Drink," "Speeder," and "Spinning Bike Tire."

"Spilling Soft Drink" ISO400, f-3.5, at 1/4000 of a second. I dumped a little Coca Cola in front of my macro lens (which I must admit scared me a bit because who wants to clean that off a lens?) but I captured the droplets rather well and it made for a pretty cool shot against the textured cement.

"Speeder"ISO100, f-5.6, 30 second exposure. The eye follows this cars tailights through the entire frame, which I felt had an alluring effect.
"Spinning Bike Tire." ISO 1600, f-3.5, at 1/20 of a second. I shot possibly a dozen photos of this and I feel this turned out the best. The others were too slow with the shutter and you couldn't determine that the mag wheels of the bike were spinning so 1/20th worked well for this image.

"Blackened Voodoo," "Tombstone Edge," and "Food Coloring."

"Blackened Voodoo." ISO 800, f-2.8, 1/5 shutter. This is a Bokeh photo of my favorite beer. I love how it turned out with the background dark and the delicious brew isolated by everything else.

"Tombstone Edge." ISO400, f-2.8, 1/40 shutter. This black and white image details the cracks in the headstone rather well, I thought, and exudes a mysteriously gloomy feel.

"Food Coloring." ISO 200, f-3.2, 1/40 shutter. This image turned out well with the 2 spheres of light in the background and the foreground food coloring containers are sharp and colorful.
