Dilapidation
enlightens viewers with a visual documentation of the aftermath of the economic
downturn in the mid 2000’s within the local regions of Greensburg, Jeannette,
Trafford and Irwin, Pennsylvania.
Many homeowners and local businesses in these areas were affected as
well. These structures, which once
housed families, workers, and even hospital patients, have been left in
disrepair and leave an unsightly view to passersby. The buildings leave us with questions regarding their past,
present, and future states.
